PRODUCTION PROCESS:

The grapes are gently de-stemmed and left to macerate for a short period. Subsequently it is softly pressed and the must obtained is clarified by decantation. The must then ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel containers.
At the end of fermentation the wine is kept on the lees in stainless steel containers for six months. The bottled wine is normally stored in temperature-controlled rooms for about two months.

 ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:

Color: bright yellow with rosy and coppery reflections.
Aroma: complex, powerful, enveloping. Rich and multi-faceted bouquet.
Taste: voluminous, crunchy, compact. Full and progressive. The attack is complex and velvety, fresh and enveloping. Excellent aromatic correspondence to the palate enriched by a beautiful freshness and pleasant sapidity. The finish is fresh, very persistent with an aftertaste of citrus and white fruit.
Serving Temperature: 12-14 ° C.
